“ToolTip”是“System.Windows.Forms.ToolTip”和“DevComponents.DotNetBar.ToolTip”之间的不明确的引用 ，在编程时，有时候会编译出现不明确的引用，这时候可以把Tootip写成标准的格式就可以了

比如：

ToolTip tip = new ToolTip();
{
var msg = "你是一个中国人";
tip.IsBalloon = true;
tip.SetToolTip(textBox1, msg);
tip.Show(msg, textBox1, 3 * 1000);
}

可以改成

System.Windows.Forms.ToolTip tip = new System.Windows.FormsToolTip();
{
var msg = "你是一个中国人";
tip.IsBalloon = true;
tip.SetToolTip(textBox1, msg);
tip.Show(msg, textBox1, 3 * 1000);
}

就可以了，整体意思就是让你告诉他Tooltip到底是谁家的孩子，要不，叫错了爸就麻烦了
