C#中一种可调用的异常处理方法

之前做异常处理时，感觉很麻烦，每个地方都要写try和catch，在博客园上看到一篇文章http://www.cnblogs.com/artech/archive/2012/10/28/automatic-exception-handling-aspnet.html(无需写try/catch，也能正常处理异常)，介绍到EntLib，比较复杂，然后想到写一个异常处理的函数ExceptionHandle，把需要处理的代码用委托或者结合匿名函数插进去，以后如果需要同样的异常处理，就可以直接调用，如下面的代码所示。缺点是如果需要处理新的异常，就需要再写一个新的异常处理函数，有待改善，另外一个需要改善的是异常处理函数的参数。
